Organizations can appeal this decision through the IRS appeals process or challenge it in federal court. The government must follow strict rules about handling classified information if they're using secret evidence. This applies to any designations made after the bill becomes law. Essentially, this gives the government a faster, more streamlined tool to punish organizations financially by removing their tax benefits if they're suspected of supporting terrorism.
