Defund Putin Act

<p><strong>Defund Putin Act</strong></p> <p>This bill withdraws normal trade relations treatment from Russia. It also requires the President to take actions as may be necessary to prohibit the importation of petroleum, natural gas, petrochemicals, and coal from Russia and Belarus.</p>
