That grant page needs to include specific details that actually help people apply. It should list every grant the agency offers with descriptions of what each one funds, show application deadlines and requirements, explain what documents you need to submit, provide contact information for questions, and tell you how long it typically takes to hear back. The page should also offer real help—like webinars, tutorials, step-by-step guides, and a question-and-answer section—so applicants aren't left confused trying to figure out the process on their own.

Agencies have one year to set this up, though they can ask Congress for a six-month extension if something unexpected gets in the way. After that, agencies have to report to Congress every year about how many grants they gave out through this new page and how much money was distributed. This is meant to make the grant system more transparent and accessible, so more eligible organizations and people actually know about and can apply for federal funding instead of missing opportunities because the information was too hard to find.
