<p><strong>Modernizing Aeronautical Standards Act</strong></p> <p>This bill directs the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to conduct a study on the modernization of aeronautical standards, to be known as the <em>Modernization of Aeronautical Standards and Aircraft Performance Study</em>. </p>
