This information will be posted on the College Scorecard website so students and families can compare programs. The Department of Education will also evaluate the demonstration projects and report back to Congress with findings about whether competency-based education actually improves student outcomes and reduces costs, helping policymakers decide whether to expand this approach beyond the pilot phase.
