# Coast Guard Reserve Parental Leave Parity Act

Right now, members of the Coast Guard Reserve don't get the same parental leave benefits that other military branches offer. Active duty members in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Space Force all have access to federal parental leave, but Coast Guard Reserve members are left out. This bill fixes that gap by extending those same parental leave benefits to Coast Guard Reserve members.
