RICE Act

<p><b>Readable Insurance Coverage Explanations Act or the RICE Act</b></p> <p>This bill requires health insurance plans to annually submit, in a machine-readable file, a summary of benefits and coverage under the plan to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). HHS must publish the summaries online.</p>
