# Plain Language Summary: Preventing Vape Use Act

For consumers, this would likely mean vaping products becoming much harder to find in the short term, and potentially disappearing from the market entirely if companies decide the approval process is too expensive or time-consuming. For the vaping industry, this represents a major regulatory shift that could significantly reduce the number of products available for sale.
