<p>This resolution (1) urges the U.S. Postal Service to freeze the recently awarded contract to purchase 165,000 new vehicles until a review is conducted as specified by the resolution, and (2) expresses support for the need for replacement vehicles that meet the climate goals of the United States.</p>
