<p><b>Protecting Married Seniors from Impoverishment Act</b> </p> <p>This bill makes permanent certain provisions regarding Medicaid eligibility that protect against spousal impoverishment for recipients of home and community-based services. Under current law, these provisions expire on September 30, 2023. </p>
