<p><strong>Second Amendment Mandates Equality Act or the SAME Act</strong></p> <p>This bill reduces the minimum age&#8212;from 21 years to 18 years&#8212;at which an individual may obtain a handgun from a federally licensed gun dealer, manufacturer, importer, or collector.</p>
