BAN Oil Exports Act

<p><b>Block All New Oil Exports Act or the</b> <b>BAN Oil Exports Act</b></p> <p>This bill requires the President to ban the exportation of crude oil and natural gas from the United States.</p> <p>The President may provide an exemption to the ban in specified circumstances.</p>
