<p><strong>Alternative Pathways to Child Abuse Prevention Act</strong></p> <p>This bill modifies certain child abuse prevention and treatment programs to expand the availability of alternative pathways of preventive, family-centered services and reduce the number of families referred to child protective services.</p>
