These changes take effect on January 1, 2024, and mainly benefit Medicare patients who need regular infusions for conditions like cancer, immune disorders, or other chronic illnesses. The goal is to let people receive necessary medical treatment in the comfort of their homes while keeping costs reasonable for Medicare.
