<p><strong>Fentanyl Safe Testing and Overdose Prevention Act</strong></p><p>This bill exempts the possession, sale, purchase, import, export, or transport of equipment that tests for the presence of fentanyl or xylazine from criminal penalties under the Controlled Substances Act.</p>
