<p><strong>Capping Credit Card Interest Rates Act</strong></p><p>This bill caps credit card interest rates at 18%, including all finance charges. Additional charges may not be imposed to evade this limitation. Creditors who violate this bill are subject to civil liability.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
