Tobacco Tax Equity Act of 2023
<p><strong>Tobacco Tax Equity Act of 2023</strong></p> <p>This bill increases the excise tax on cigarettes and cigars and equalizes tax rates among all other tobacco products. It also imposes a tax on nicotine for use in vaping.</p>
