A bill to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to disqualify certain borrowers from receiving a guarantee for a project, and for other purposes.

<p>This bill bars a recipient from receiving additional loan guarantees through the Clean Energy Financing Program or the Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Program if the recipient has previously defaulted on a loan guaranteed through those programs.</p>
