Marginal Well Protection Act

<p><b>Marginal Well Protection Act</b></p> <p>This bill prohibits the Environmental Protection Agency from imposing fees or reporting requirements for methane emissions from wells that produce fewer than 15 barrels of oil per day and less than 90,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day.</p>
