Directs the commissioner of health to conduct a study on the use of ibogaine as a treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder

Directs the commissioner of health, in conjunction with the commissioners of mental health and veterans' services, to conduct a study on the use of ibogaine as a treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder, and the increasing rate of PTSD diagnoses in veterans and first responders.
