<p><b>Fair Access for Cannabis Small Businesses Act</b></p> <p>This bill prohibits the Small Business Administration from declining to provide certain loans or other assistance to an otherwise eligible small business solely because the business is a cannabis-related legitimate business or service provider.</p>
