SAND Act

<p><b>Sand Acquisition, Nourishment, and Development Act or the SAND Act</b></p> <p>This bill allows the Department of the Army to acquire fill material for beach erosion and nourishment purposes from non-domestic sources even if such materials are available from domestic sources. </p>
