Use it or Lose it Act of 2022

<p><b>Use it or Lose it Act of 2022</b></p> <p>This bill requires holders of certain offshore and onshore oil and gas leases to diligently develop their leases. The Department of the Interior may assess an annual fee against a leaseholder who fails to appropriately develop a lease.</p>
