<p><strong>Keeping Our Manufacturers from Being Unfairly taxed while Championing Health Act or KOMBUCHA</strong></p> <p>This bill modifies the definition of <em>brewer</em> for purposes of the alcohol excise tax to exempt kombucha from such tax.</p>
