REINSTATES DEATH SENTENCE

Creates the Capital Crimes Litigation Act of 2025. Provides that all unobligated and unexpended moneys remaining in the Death Penalty Abolition Fund on the effective date of the amendatory Act shall be transferred into the Capital Litigation Trust Fund which is re-established as a special fund in the State treasury.…
