AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE RETENTION OF PERSONNEL RECORDS.

This Act updates the requirements for Department of Education’s regulations for personnel records to include charter schools. This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
