AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STATE FARMLAND VALUATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

This Act increases the voting membership of the State Farmland Advisory Committee from 3 members to 7 members.
