Relating to sentencing.

Directs the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to study the effect of different types of sentences on recidivism rates, and to provide the results of the study to the appropriate interim committees of the Legislative Assembly no later than December 31, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
