AN ACT RELATING TO AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY -- FOREST CONSERVATION ACT -- COMPOSITION OF STATE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS, PUBLIC AUTHORITIES, AND QUASI-PUBLIC CORPORATIONS
