Relating to charges for senior citizens to use areas under the jurisdiction of the State Parks and Recreation Department.

Directs the State Parks and Recreation Commission to adopt rules authorizing persons 65 years or older who reside in Oregon to use any state park, individual campsite or day use fee area without charge.
