Relating to patient assistance programs; prescribing an effective date.

Requires a pharmacy to notify a person to whom a prescription drug is dispensed that the drug manufacturer may offer a patient assistance program. Defines "patient assistance program." Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
