: An Act amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for substance use overdose awareness, treatment and recovery support; establishing the Lifetime Recovery from Substance Use Grant Program; and providing for powers and duties of the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs.
