Relating to filing deadlines for county voters' pamphlets; and prescribing an effective date.

Establishes the dates by which a candidate or the candidate's agent must file a portrait and statement for purposes of being included in a county voters' pamphlet. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
