Relating to veterans' recognition registration plates.

</b> </i>] Provides that a [<i>person</i>]<b> veteran with a disability is</b> eligible for a veterans' recognition registration plate <b>and</b> may request a waiver of the surcharge imposed for the plate. Appropriates moneys to the Department of Transportation to cover the waivers.
