RELATING TO HAWAIIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY.

Establishes the twenty-eighth day of November of each year as "La Kuokoa", Hawaiian Independence Day, as a state holiday, rather than a day of observance. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
