Relating to job-protected leave that is unpaid.

Requires the Bureau of Labor and Industries to study matters relating to laws concerning unpaid, job-protected leave. Directs the bureau to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to business and labor not later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
