Relating to the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission; and declaring an emergency.

Modifies the event to start calculating the 90-day period during which an applicant for a teaching license may be employed in a public school of this state pending evaluation of their application by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
