AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LETHAL VIOLENCE PROTECTIVE ORDERS.

This Act changes the period of time for which relief may be granted under a lethal violence protective order from 1 year to 5 years. This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
