An Act relative to veterans' buyback

By Mr. Driscoll, a petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1828) of William J. Driscoll, Jr. for legislation to allow a veteran who failed to make the retirement buyback purchase within the required 180 days shall be given a 1-time opportunity to apply to the retirement system to make said purchase.
