To amend title 10, United States Code, to ensure that certain TRICARE beneficiaries who reside in Puerto Rico may enroll in TRICARE Prime, and for other purposes.

 <p>This bill requires the Department of Defense to ensure that TRICARE beneficiaries whose health benefits are provided under contract, other than certain Medicare-eligible beneficiaries and certain beneficiaries in the active-duty family member category, may enroll in the TRICARE Prime managed care option in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, beginning not later than January 1, 2022.</p>
