FTC Autonomy Act

<p><strong>FTC Autonomy Act</strong></p> <p>This bill provides authority for the Federal Trade Commission to bring civil actions to recover penalties for violations of final orders issued by the commission. Currently, only the Department of Justice may bring such actions.</p>
