Saving Homeowners from Overregulation With Exceptional Rinsing Act or the SHOWER&nbsp;ActThis bill&nbsp;provides statutory authority for a revised definition of showerhead for the purpose of federal&nbsp;water&nbsp;efficiency regulations.
