The bill creates new requirements for employers who hire international students, including registering with immigration authorities and reporting employment changes within 48 hours. Additionally, it restricts flight training and nuclear studies for students from certain countries and prevents uncertified flight training providers from accepting international students. Schools that fail to comply with reporting requirements face fines starting at $1,000, suspension of their ability to enroll international students, or complete loss of their certification to participate in the program.
