Products would need detailed labels showing exactly what cannabinoids they contain, serving sizes, potential risks, and how to report problems. The law also sets a minimum age of 21 for purchase and requires child-resistant packaging. The FDA would have authority to inspect facilities, recall dangerous products, and enforce these rules through penalties.
