# Servicemembers' Credit Monitoring Enhancement Act

This bill expands credit monitoring protections for military members by changing who qualifies for these safeguards. Currently, the law only protects people on "active duty," but this bill broadens that definition to include all members of the uniformed services—meaning it would also cover Reserve members, National Guard members, and other military personnel who aren't necessarily on full-time active duty.
