To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to provide additional reimbursement to schools with a breakfast after the bell program, and for other purposes.

This bill gives schools extra money to serve breakfast to students after the school day has already started. Right now, schools get reimbursed a certain amount for each breakfast they serve through the federal school lunch program.
