# Freedom of Association in Higher Education Act of 2025

This bill protects students' rights to form and join clubs and organizations at colleges and universities without facing punishment or discrimination from their schools. Essentially, it says that colleges can't punish students for starting or participating in student groups based on the group's viewpoint, beliefs, or ideology—whether that's political, religious, social, or otherwise.
