This bill creates a new Office of Native American Affairs within the Small Business Administration (SBA). The office will focus on helping Native American tribes, Native Hawaiian organizations, and Native-owned businesses access SBA programs and resources to grow their companies and strengthen their economies.

The office will be run by an Associate Administrator who has experience working with Native American communities. This person will work to connect Native American entrepreneurs and tribal organizations with SBA programs like small business loans, contracting opportunities, and business training. The office can also provide grants and contracts to organizations that help Native Americans access these resources through training, counseling, and educational workshops.

The bill allows the office to set up work locations in economically disadvantaged areas of Indian Country to make services more accessible. The Associate Administrator will also consult with tribes about how the SBA can better serve their needs and will help connect Native American businesses to other federal programs that support entrepreneurship. The bill authorizes funding for the office from 2026 through 2030.
